Vegetarian and vegan guests staying at Shandrani Beachcomber will find the best of Mauritius’ generous nature on their plates. The local produce is as delicious as it is colourful, and is reflected in Le Natura’s refined and varied set menu, which consists of a starter, soup, main course, cocktail and dessert.

Throughout their journey on this ocean of flavours, guests will delight in the fact that local products take pride of place, including in the form of a main course consisting of cauliflower and potato curry, sautéed cashew nut tofu, fricasseed white beans, and tomato and coriander chutney. Other mouth-watering Mauritian dishes and vegetables also feature, including a bean and sweet pepper vindaye, Mauritian-style pickled mango, and confit cucumber and pineapple.
